About Dessie

A Voice for the People

Dessie Evans is a constitutional advocate based in Cove, Arkansas — deep in the heart of the Ouachita Mountains. She's not a lawyer, and she's not an attorney. She's something different: a tireless advocate who helps everyday people understand and defend their God-given, constitutionally protected rights.

Born and raised in the rugged beauty of western Arkansas, Dessie brings the same grit and determination to constitutional advocacy that defines her community. A proud mother of two sons, Blake and Christian, she believes that the law belongs to the people — not just to those who can afford it.

Dessie provides her advocacy services by donation, because she believes every person deserves to understand their rights regardless of their financial situation. Her work spans constitutional rights education, legal research, community outreach, and one-on-one advocacy.
